Heart shaped vaginal opening surrounded by the intact hymen in a lucky and wise virgin who experienced many heartbreaks but no breaking of her hymen.
Although painful, the emotional outcomes of the break-ups of romantic relationships are reversible, the loss of virginity is irreversible.
Why medical examination before marriage?
Even the healthiest virgin person may feel somehow stressed before marriage, in spite of being free of many moral, psychological and physical problems which crush previously promiscuous grooms or brides. A prudent virgin who never, not even once, had a direct sexual contact with anybody, decreases the chance of a sexually transmitted infection (STI) to almost null, but still there are many other ways of acquiring an STI which can be passed to future spouse and children.
This is why some governments demand a Prenuptial Medical Certificate from virgins too.
Other problems which can be excluded before marriage is inability to conceive a child. According to the World Health Organization. "A couple may be considered infertile if, after two years of regular sexual intercourse, without contraception, the woman has not become pregnant (and there is no other reason, such as breastfeeding or postpartum amenorrhoea). Primary infertility is infertility in a couple who have never had a child. Secondary infertility is failure to conceive following a previous pregnancy. Infertility may be caused by infection in the man or woman, but often there is no obvious underlying cause." This is very much true, and the infection mentioned above is most commonly chlamydiasis, gonorrhoea and/or many other STIs, but primary infertility not uncommonly is a result of earlier undiagnosed (even unnoticed) congenital malformations of the reproductive system which otherwise works perfectly. The royal treatment reportedly given to Lady Diana Spencer was required for making sure that there were no medical obstacles to her royal motherhood..
Sex and Sexual Health Promotion
The late Princess of Wales unhappy marriage highlights some more issues that could be if not solved at least mitigated on occasion of a visit to the doctor's office.
In spite of many urban legends and (probably because of) pornographic vision of sexuality too many couples lack enough knowledge and skills to secure their marital bonds unbreakable forever. Whatever poetically could be said about infatuation or passionate love uniting a man and a woman in a family, the biological mechanisms of human bonding are now well recognized to such an extent that the science of brain chemicals should be widely applied to streghthen families and NOT to disrupt them.
abundance, satisfactory level, deficiency
The problem lies in female orgasm. What is known from the medical
epidemiology approved research, still many married couples are not able
to provide wives with orgasms on a regular basis. A non-climaxing wife
becomes not only a
disappointed witness of her decreasingly beloved husband's orgasms, but
also an increasingly irritated annoyer of her husband, of her whole
family or even of any people met away from home like co-workers,
clients, students, patients etc. Spouses lacking sexual
satisfaction within the wedlock may seek relieve outside the wedlock
and/or make their spouses feeling rejected and as well unfaithful.
